I have purchased a chimney and stove around 8 years ago. Since I have changed my residence I have asked the dealer for reinstallation. They have sent a technician for it. He has charged exorbitantly for the aluminium pipe. He charged Rs.1400 for it, it is no worth than Rs 800. He has not idsued a receipt for it. The technician not so good at work. Finally I would like comment that after sales service is very costly and the cost is at the mercy of the technician.
